Geniom RT Analyzer

The Geniom RT Analyzer is the newest member of the Geniom product family from febit. Designed for the automated processing of microarray experiments the instrument utilizes microfluidic Geniom Arrays available for a wide range of standard and custom applications.

Automated dynamic fluidics

• The all-inclusive instrument offers a microfluidic hybridization- and processing- station along with a CCD camera-based scanner for the analysis of microfluidic Geniom Arrays.
• The incorporation of the most modern Peltier technology enables precise temperature control for optimal hybridization conditions. The programmable temperature control simplifies the incorporation of enzymatic reactions directly within the microfluidic microarrays; this enables, for example, signal enhancement or primer extension assays directly on the microarray.
• The encompassing automation limits the hands-on time and handling mistakes thus leading to improved reproducibility, sensitivity, and higher throughput.

Geniom microarrays are available for the following applications:

• microRNA profiling (latest version of the Sanger miRBase)
• mRNA Profiling (pathway arrays, disease focus arrays, whole genome arrays)
• Custom Microarrays specified to customers exact needs
