Data Analysis and data import / export

You can analyze raw data either directly with febit’s software or export them for analysis with other software programs. febit’s software includes analysis routines for expression-profiling (expression level and fold change calculation for each gene), and for genotyping (automated SNP calling, differentiation of allele zygosity), as well as other high-level analysis tools.
You can conveniently exchange data with other scientists. Exports use the MS Excel or txt format.

3. Expression Profiling(EP) PROP Analysis- Pre-process the raw data (background correction, local normalization and noise discrimination)

4. Expression Profiling(EP) PROP Analysis- Normalize the data across different datasets and arrays
- Correct for nonspecific background fluorescence

5. Expression Profiling(EP) PROP Analysis- Perform the actual analysis to calculate gene expression levels and gene expression fold changes (represented by an arbitrary number of probes on an array)

6. Expression Profiling(EP) PROP Analysis- Assess the analysis results and store them for future use.
