Array Design – run experiments your way
- Use febit’s ready-to-go array designs for standard applications. Ready-to-go standard arrays are provided within the Geniom database. Additional array-design files are available from febit.
- Customize standard array design templates or create new array templates by selecting genes of interest from febit’s genetic libraries, import the latest sequence data from any database, or import your own probe sets.
- Probes are automatically calculated by the Geniom software
- If required add, delete or modify individual probes.
- Select the number of probes per gene and choose your control settings.
