- Insert a Geniom biochip cartridge.
- Geniom then automatically performs:
- Auto-alignment of biochip into optical path.
- Quality check of reactive surface and auto-calibration of fluidics.
- Automated, maskless, light-activated in situ synthesis of probes in the Geniom biochip channels.
- Proceed with hybridization (using febit’s external hybridization unit) or store Geniom biochip for later use
