Signal Detection and Analysis – let automated processes do the job
- Re-Insert Geniom biochip cartridge into the Geniom instrument.
- Select filter and detect fluorescence with a high resolution CCD camera (filters for Cy3 and Cy5 fluorescent dyes are standard, additional filters on request).
- Run expression profiling or genotyping routines or other data analyses after automated background correction and data normalization.
- Geniom raw data and results may be exported for comparison with other software packages.
